Privacy policy
More collects the minimum needed to run a payouts marketplace: who you are, the posts you submit, and where to send your money. This page explains exactly what is stored, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

1. What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash, never as text), profile photo, optional headline, phone number and country.
Payout details: the mobile money provider and number, or bank account, you ask us to send money to.
Activity: the campaigns you submit to, the public post links you provide, the view counts recorded by our reviewers, your balance, your withdrawal history and the notifications we send you.
For businesses: the campaigns you create, the budgets you fund, and the assets you upload.
2. Why we collect it
To run your account and keep you signed in. To verify submitted clips and calculate what you are owed. To send money to the right place. To notify you when something happens on your account. To detect fraud and view manipulation. To publish the leaderboard, which shows creator names, photos, headlines and total verified earnings.
3. What is public
Your name, profile photo, headline and total verified earnings appear on the public leaderboard if you have earned anything. Campaign titles, brands and briefs are public. Your email address, phone number, payout details, balance and individual submissions are never shown publicly.
4. Who can see your data
More administrators can see account and submission data in order to review clips and process payouts. The business funding a campaign can see the public posts submitted to it and aggregate performance, but not your payout details.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the payment providers needed to send your money, and where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We set a strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie when you sign in, so the site knows who you are. We also store your chosen display currency in a small cookie so prices look right when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and object storage. Uploaded images and video are served from a content delivery network and are publicly reachable by their URL, so do not upload anything you would not want seen.
We keep account and payout records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax and anti-fraud obligations require.
7. Your rights
You can edit your profile and payout details from your dashboard at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, through the contact page. We will complete deletion once any pending payouts are settled.
