Terms of service

These terms cover how campaigns are funded, how clips are submitted and verified, how payouts are calculated and released, and when an account can be suspended. Using More as a creator, business or admin means agreeing to them.

Last updated 28 August 2026.

1. Who these terms apply to

More is a content rewards marketplace operated from Lusaka, Zambia. These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform: creators who submit clips, businesses who fund campaigns, and anyone browsing the site.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country and to hold the social media accounts you post from. If you are using More on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

2. Accounts

You need one account, with a real name, a working email address and a profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

We may suspend an account that submits fraudulent view counts, uses bought or bot traffic, impersonates someone, or repeatedly breaks campaign rules. Suspension pauses access and stops pending withdrawals while we investigate.

3. Campaigns and budgets

A business funds a campaign budget in Zambian Kwacha. More charges a platform fee of 20% of that budget. The remaining balance becomes the creator reward pool for that campaign.

Campaigns created by More itself carry no platform fee and may go live immediately. A campaign closes automatically when its reward pool is fully paid out, and no further payouts can be made from it.

Businesses are responsible for the assets they upload and for having the rights to them. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to distribute.

4. Submitting clips

Creators post content to their own social accounts and submit the public link. The post must stay live and publicly visible while it is being reviewed.

A clip must follow the rules written on the campaign it was submitted to. The same link cannot be submitted twice to the same campaign.

You keep ownership of the content you make. By submitting it you allow the funding business and More to reference and reshare that public post in connection with the campaign.

5. Verification and payment

Payouts are never automatic. A reviewer opens the live post and records a verified view count. The payout is that verified count divided by one thousand, multiplied by the campaign rate, and capped by both any per-clip maximum and the reward pool remaining.

An approved payout is credited to the creator balance immediately. A rejected clip is credited nothing and carries a written reason.

Artificially inflated views, engagement pods, paid traffic and view bots are not eligible. Where we find them, the clip is rejected and the account may be suspended.

6. Withdrawals

Creators may request a withdrawal once their balance is at least K50. The requested amount leaves the balance at the moment of the request and is held while the transfer is made.

If a transfer cannot be completed, the full amount returns to the creator balance and the creator is notified. You are responsible for giving us the correct mobile money or bank details.

All amounts are held and settled in Zambian Kwacha. Other currencies shown on the site are a display conversion only and may differ from the rate your provider applies.

7. Paid placements

Businesses may offer to pay for a pinned Top position. Offers are not guaranteed to be accepted, and More decides the final position and duration. Placement money is platform revenue and is not added to any creator reward pool.

8. Liability and changes

More is provided as it is. We do not guarantee any particular level of views, earnings or campaign performance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use More after an update means accepting the revised terms.

9. Contact
